If you are searching for DD Corporate Services' address to serve process, as a registered agent, our sole responsibility is to receive and forward service of process or other legal documents to the company (our customer) for which it was appointed as registered agent.
If you are looking to serve a DD Corporate Services customer, the documents you are looking to serve (for example, a summons and complaint, garnishment order, or subpoena) should not be addressed directly to DD Corporate Services. The documents should name our customer as the defendant, garnishee, subpoena respondent, etc., and not DD Corporate Services and should be addressed to the customer care/of (c/o) DD Corporate Services at our service of process location.
SPECIAL NOTE FOR PARTIES SERVING A SUBPOENA – Your subpoena must command the entity that is our customer and not DD Corporate Services to provide the records in response to your subpoena. The subpoena should also be addressed to the entity whose records you are requesting, care of (c/o) DD Corporation Services. DD Corporate Services is not a custodian of records for the entities for which we provide the registered agent. Our only role is to receive the subpoena and forward it to our customer if we are its registered agent.
