DD Corporate Services is a small business with a big dream. Our founder, Valerie Cook, started the company in 2015 with a vision to create a company that would provide corporate services in all 50 states. Although we continue to grow, with hard work and dedication, we have grown into the successful business we are today.

Valerie has over 20 years experience working in the legal industry. After COVID shut most of the country down, working from home became the new normal and that is when the dream of expanding her small business into a nationwide corporate services company began.  Her passions in life are God, family and seeing the world.  She also enjoys baking, crafting, fishing and hunting. 

We strive to provide the best, most efficient corporate services to all our clients.  As we grow, we continue to develop new tools and to invest in new technology where our clients need it the most.  We are a service company at heart and promise to provide the best customer service in the industry.
